Our Faculty's Department of Gerontology shared the first lesson of the 2020-2021 Fall Semester with the Gerontology Department of Akdeniz University.

Our university's Department of Gerontology, which cooperates with Akdeniz University, will place the foundations of gerontology with the participation and contribution of Professor Dr İsmail Tufan, the founding head of the Gerontology Department of Akdeniz University, during distance education. In addition, the Gerontology Department of our university, which started initiatives for Certified Japanese lessons in the summer term with Assistant Professor Ikuko MURAKAMI, Lecturer of the Gerontology Department of Akdeniz University, aims to train fully equipped gerontologists by increasing national and international collaborations both in the field of education and in the academic field.
